I've
lost my license code. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a copy of your
license code. Please
contact
customer service and include your name, your
e-mail address (that was used to order the
product), the product name, the receipt number.
I've
lost the installation file. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a replacement
copy of the original file. Please download the
file by

When
will I receive my License Code information after
purchasing?
We'll send you the License Code as soon as we
receive payment confirmation from our e-commerce
reseller. Please note that under some
circumstances, small delays may occur in
verifying your credit card details.
The License Code you
have given me says that it is invalid.
The license code is a long sequence of letters
and numbers that can be easily confused when
typed.
If you typed this information manually from your
registration email, it is possible that errors
may have been entered into the License Code
field of the Registration screen. Therefore, it
is recommended that you 'copy
and paste' this information from your
Registration email onto the Registration screen.
