End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Company: Program4PC Inc. (“Program4PC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“End User,” “you,” or “your”) and Program4PC Inc. for the use of our software products (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Program4PC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on the number of devices permitted by your purchase.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. All rights remain with Program4PC Inc.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the Software.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by law.
Use the Software to convert, edit, decrypt, or bypass copy-protected, DRM-encrypted, or otherwise legally restricted media.
Attempt to use the Software for any unlawful purpose, including copyright infringement.
Share license keys or allow others to use your license without authorization.

⚠️ Important Notice: Program4PC does not design or intend its Software to break copyright laws or remove copy-protection mechanisms. Any such use is strictly prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights in the Software (including but not limited to code, graphics, design, and trademarks) belong to Program4PC Inc.
Unauthorized use of Program4PC’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Program4PC may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software.
Updates may be required to continue using certain features.
Your license does not entitle you to free major upgrades unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated.
Program4PC may terminate your license immediately if you fail to comply with its terms.
Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind.
Program4PC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Program4PC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or system failure.
Program4PC’s liability will not exceed the amount paid for the license.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Third-Party Software Notice

This Software uses FFmpeg, an open-source library for audio and video processing.

FFmpeg is licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 and in some cases the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2.
You may obtain the FFmpeg source code and license at: https://ffmpeg.org.
The use of FFmpeg within Program4PC software is in full compliance with its licensing terms.
