If you have to report about a bug or if you have
a technical question please attach a screenshot
of the problem when you running our software for
better understanding, so we can reproduce the
problem. This is the best way our support team
can look at the problem and keep our response
time to a minimum.
NOTE: Telephone support on the regular basis is
not available. We are always happy to answer
your questions via e-mail and give you detailed
information.
